About this event
This interactive exhibition celebrates the historical, cultural and community aspect of these ancient and wonderful plays and also the medieval Plen and Gwari (place of the play) they were performed in
Members of the cast and crew from the 2000 – 2004 productions talk about their experiences alongside film footage and images from those years. Visitors can choose from a range of characters to get a real feeling of what it was like to be involved in these amazing productions: – hear Adam bearing his soul, what was it like to play God, what did the guards actually guard , the pain of being a torturer, the fun devils had, how high was the angel Gabriel, how sad was the unicorn not to get on Noahs Ark.
Opening event: Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th May 11am – 3pm
After this weekend the exhibition can be viewed on Fridays 1 – 4pm and Saturdays 11am -2pm and Mondays 10am – 1pm until Sat 17th July.
The event is Covid safe with a one way system through the Knut and a maximum of 3 people at any time.
The event is free but there will be a donations box.
