Traditional Mexican Breakfast in a Tropical Setting

Breakfasts @ Pachanga are a celebration of all things Mexican. Mexico’s favourites feature on the morning menu leading with Huevos Rancheros for the egg lovers out there, Chilaquiles – Mexicos morning hangover cure, Molletes for those that crave the silky smooth traditional black beans that are central to Mexicos cuisine and others that share the colourful Mexican culinary traditions that we hold dear.
