Exhibitions across 3 gallery spaces, Spring 2020

An exciting mix of paintings, sculpture & ceramics featuring some of the best contemporary artists working today.

We have 2 new shows opening on 7th March; the Studio Gallery is hosting Sue Watt’s “Spinning on Porthmeor”, part of an ongoing series of ‘care’ installations and films which deal with other aspects of her life with her son Tom, both as his carer and his Mum. The New Gallery is showing work by South West Academy of Fine and Applied Arts. Both these shows run until 4th April with a Private View on Friday 6th March, 17.30-19.30, all welcome.

From 11th April until 13th June the Main Gallery houses the Spring exhibition for the Members of the Penwith Society of Arts. Opening on the same day and closing on 9th May we have the Plymouth Society of Arts in the New Gallery, and Steffie Richards in the Studio Gallery. The Private View for all three exhibitions is on Friday 10th April, 17:30-19:30, free and open to all.

From 16th May to 13th June the New Gallery is given over to the 21 Group, with work by Susan Thomas in the Studio Gallery. Private view for both is on Friday 15th May, 17:30 – 19:30, all welcome.
