A spectacle of vintage buses out on the roads

The Cornwall Bus Preservation Society and the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust have arranged for more than 20 locally-based vintage buses to be seen in action on the roads of West Cornwall on Sunday 18 April. Although we cannot carry passengers or have a static display anywhere, we hope the buses will make a fine sight for local people to capture and share with the world using #Busflyby.
Buses will pass at approximately 15 minute intervals through Helston, Penzance, Hayle, St Just and Marazion. We expect to share some live footage for those following online, as well as photos and video highlights.
We hope that our vintage bus running day can return in its traditional format giving free rides to the public for its 15th year on the third Sunday in April 2022.
