Mussorgsky: Pictures at an Exhibition
British pianist Philip Leslie started his piano tuition at age seven in Cornwall. He is a first-class honours graduate from Trinity Laban and a recipient of the Silver Medal Keyboard Award.
He studied with Philip Fowke, Martino Tirimo, Peter Tuite & Margaret Fingerhut. Accolades include the Weingarten Prize for Piano and Angela Rinsler Award (EPTA). He has worked with Stephen Hough, Antti Siirala, Boris Petruchansky, Jonathan Plowright & Leon McCawley.
Philip made his debut at the Southbank Centre in January 2019 where he performed works by Knussen & Boulez. Recently he won 2nd Prize at the Liszt International Piano Society Competition.
