Piano showman Marky Dawson brings the great rock pianists to Penzance.

We have all heard of Guitar Heroes. Now it’s time for Piano Heroes!

Having worked as a real-life Piano Man in Piano bars and clubs for years, Marky has travelled the world entertaining crowds with songs by all of the Piano player/ Singer Songwriting greats. So here he presents an evening dedicated to them. From Fats Domino, Neil Sedaka and Jerry Lee Lewis to Ben Folds and Sara Bareilles. Of course via Elton John, Billy Joel and Queen. You’ll hear some songs you know and love, and some you’ll love discovering. Alongside some of the stories behind the songs, too!

Marky is a charismatic showman with a huge voice which can cover Musical theatre through to Rock. With Piano chops to make Jerry Lee Lewis blush. He delivers a show with the intimacy of a Blues Club, the energy of a stadium performance, and the fun of the Pub. You will no doubt be singing along!
