Creating balance, strength and health for body & mind
Cscape Pilates was established in 2010, now based in Penryn we offer specialist tuition to private clients and in small group sessions. We strive to ensure you get the most out of your Pilates class by tailoring exercises to meet your needs and aims.
Our clients range in age from 18 – 85; we recognise and celebrate the fact that everybody’s body is different and unique and therefore feel Pilates is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
We pride ourselves on our personalised approach, our ethos to give individual attention and modifications where needed and provide a high level of attention to detail to meet the needs of each client. This is only made possible through small group sizes and an excellent standard of teaching from specialist Pilates teachers.
