A FREE creative writing workshop, part of Mitber’s Active Looking Project

Using a variety of poetry prompts and creative writing activities, this gentle and encouraging workshop hosted by Lucy Beckley will show how there is poetry in the everyday and how writing poetry can provide a space for pause and paying attention.

Lucy Beckley is a published writer, poet and community host based in Cornwall. She has an MA in Professional Writing from Falmouth University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Creative Writing from Cambridge University. She regularly runs workshops for adults, children and organisations and loves to help inspire others to find the joy and magic in writing.
