About this event
Evening and daytime courses available. 2.5hrs each week
You will learn the basics of throwing, from prepping clay, wedging, centering, health and safety, cleaning down, turning, decorating, glazing and kiln basics. Expect to make at least 5 fired finished pots.
For complete beginners and those with a little experience, you will have hands on great tuition. It’s fun, messy, creative and relaxing. It’s also an informative course – so you will come away with a better understanding of the processes and techniques and some clay skills.
Sarah Sullivan will be your tutor at RED Pottery and Gallery in Redruth.
Tea and biscuits provided – bring an apron
