In this workshop, Georgina Moore, author, award-winning book publicist and Deputy MD of PR agency Midas, will explore how authors can best prepare themselves for publication. She will give frank and honest advice on the best approaches to social media, building a writing community and support system, forging affiliations with bookshops, getting the best out of your publishing team – whether big or small, having a great relationship with your publicist and thinking strategically about the story and background in your work/life that you are happy to pull out into any potential media interviews.
