Dance and live music performance for the street with a 4 metre percussion wheel made by Rolls Royce.
Salt 2019- Festival of Landscape Dance is back in it’s 4th iteration with 2 astounding street performances from 2 companies at the top of their game.
‘PULSE’ from Joss Arnott. A brand new dance and live music experience created for the streets. Performed entirely around a unique 3.5m high percussion wheel, designed by Eleanor Bull and engineered by Rolls-Royce this adrenaline-fuelled dance and live music production is a combination of rhythmical flare and heart-in-mouth choreography for all the family to enjoy. For their first-ever outdoor production, Joss Arnott Dance partners with a world-class design team as a dancer and drummer explore the interplay between movement and music.
‘PULSE’ will be performed twice a day in the town centres of Bodmin, Penzance and St Austell, there will be a ‘Stay & Play’ session between the two performances for all ages to meet the cast and learn some of the elements they watched during the show.
Joss was raised in Cornwall and learned his trade with Bev-Lyn Dance in Redruth and Cornwall College before going on to a stellar career in dance.
