King Arthur’s magical sword, Excalibur, is lost. His last request was for Excalibur to be returned to the Lady of the Lake, so it must be found. Loe Pool, is one of the nation’s lakes reputed to be the final resting place for Excalibur. Join us at the Stables Cafe to collect your free scroll. Follow the medieval map to 10 trail points from the Stables to Loe Bar. Use your imagination to complete the quest by training to be a knight, collecting relics and defeating magical spells to find Excalibur and become a Knight of the Round Table.

Car parks at Penrose Hill, Degibna, Chyvarloe, Highburrow and Parc-an-als. Dogs welcome at Penrose. Naturally uneven woodland and coastal paths. We do not allow boating, watersports or fishing at Loe Pool. Please do not swim or enter the water at Loe Bar or Loe Pool at any time.
