Rachel has been teaching about wild food for 20 years: how plants are amazing, keep our world turning and nourish our bodies every single day. She’s also an award-winning author, whose latest book, Wild and Sweet, focuses on foraging for 101 seasonal desserts. She will share with you some of the leaves, seeds, seaweeds, flowers and fruits that can be found around Cornwall, Devon and the Isles of Scilly
