About this event
Saltash school children will be working with local artist, Chrissy Wallis, to create mosaics ot celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee and to celebrate our Cornish heritage. The mosaics will be made of china sourced from the local area from dock dung deposits. Guided walks to collect the china will be organised.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Community Renewal Fund in Cornwall.
