Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to see Santa’s magical grotto!

Dates: 5th & 6th, 12th & 13th, 18th through to 24th December 2020.

No need to book, tickets on sale on the day from 10am.

When you visit Santa’s Grotto you can claim a discount on entry to the Park for two people (valid for adults or children) or use your Season or Return tickets. And remember if you go into the Park and JungleBarn, you can then buy great value Return Tickets for another visit before the 21st March 2021.

Santa and his fairy and elf assistants are very popular and do not like to rush things, so will spend several minutes with each family. This sometimes means there can be a wait for your turn. You are welcome to use the gift shop and cafe areas while waiting, or use your Season or Return Tickets or buy a discounted ticket to go into the Park and JungleBarn and we will call you over the speaker system.
