About this event

Olla Hiki Sauna and Scott would like to invite you to a nourishing evening including a 2hrs sauna ceremony at Newquay Harbour followed by a calming breathwork session.

The sauna ceremony will involve 3 rounds of coming in and out of the sauna, sea dips, traditional leaf whisking, home-made scrubs for your skin, seaweed masks and fresh fruits to enjoy.

Afterwards Scott will guide you through a calming session of conscious connected breathing to connect with your body and soul.

The Be Newquay Festival has been curated by Cornwall Council project ‘Experience Newquay’ in collaboration with local project partners Love Newquay and Visit Newquay.
