Join us for a magical evening of song, sauna and connection.
We’ll gather at sunset in the beautiful wild sauna garden at @soulsweats, perched on the clifftop overlooking Porthtowan beach @ecopark.cornwall, to welcome the rising energy of spring.
Beginning outside the sauna, we’ll gently arrive together through playful voice exploration, movement, breath and body rhythm — reconnecting with our natural voices in a relaxed and welcoming way. We’ll then learn and sing simple heart-opening songs from around the world.
No singing experience needed — all voices welcome.
As the evening deepens, we’ll move into the sauna for a guided ceremony of voice and heat, exploring themes of connection, release and renewal. The warmth of the sauna and the resonance of shared song create a powerful space to ground, reset and nourish your wellbeing.
There will be time afterwards for open sauna, tea and gentle integration before we close the evening together.
The evening will last approximately 2 hours 15 minutes
