Penzance LitFest presents: 'Perfecting Your Submission' - a workshop with publisher Scott Pack

Take Your Novel to the Next Stage

You’ve edited and finessed your draft novel so this workshop is an essential next step towards achieving publication. Scott Pack will help you make sure your submission to literary agents or publishers is as professional as possible. He will explain the research required before submitting your manuscript, crafting a compelling pitch, the ideal query email and tips on writing a synopsis or book proposal. You’ll also have the opportunity to have your book pitch reviewed. Author of Tips from a Publisher, Scott himself has many years of publishing under his belt and now splits his time between writing his own books, editing other people’s and teaching the editors of tomorrow as part of the Oxford Brookes University MA in Publishing.
