Join Sea Sanctuary for a day promoting mental wellbeing and explore the benefits of Blue Health.

Join mental health charity Sea Sanctuary for ‘Seas The Day’ at The Tubestation, in Polzeath, on Saturday 14th May. A time to promote mental and physical wellbeing, the benefits of Blue Health and to celebrate the life of Sophie; remembering her sense of fun, and spirit of adventure

This will be a special event exploring the benefits of blue health – the concept that any blue space (the sea, a lake or river) can reduce stress and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.

Take time out to relax, connect with others and discover more about mental health and wellbeing support.

Join us for Creative Workshops, Free Surf Sessions, Mental Health and Wellbeing Talks, Stalls, and much more!
