Savour the final days of summer with a seasonal 3 course menu that has been specially created using our very own range of vermouth as ingredients in each dish. Join us at 6:30pm for a welcome drink in the bar, our signature cocktail, Knightor’s Cornish Spritz, before enjoying nibbles served with tasters of each vermouth – dry, white & rosé.
Vermouth is fantastic as an aperitif or digestif, in a cocktail and also as an ingredient in your cooking and this feast is the perfect opportunity to sample our range and learn more about this herbal and aromatic fortified wine, which is the first of its kind to be made in Cornwall.
For those who would like to learn a little more about our wines and the process of making our vermouth, why not take part in our pre-dinner winemaker’s tour at 5pm, where you can take a more in-depth look at all that goes into making wine – learn from the winemaker and complete the experience with a tutored tasting of our wines.

Martini Salmon – cured in our white vermouth and Cornish gin, dressed with cucumber, lemon & dill
Manhattan Duck Roll – whiskey smoked and shredded duck roll with cranberry and rosé vermouth sauce
Dry Martini – toasted orange brioche with white chocolate and cardamom drizzle
Locally caught white fish with a garden herb crust, confit tomato, nero sauce, sautéed kale & buttered new potatoes
