Join us in Falmouth Bay to learn about seaweeds and enjoy creating a lunch from what we’ve foraged.
We spend time in the intertidal zone on a low spring tide exploring the foreshore in search of the best edible seaweeds. We discuss the history and culture of seaweed harvesting and the many ways seaweeds are used today.
After we cook together on the beach, creating food that showcases how you can use seaweed in your own home cooking.
