We are thrilled to announce the first Secret Photo Show at Harbour View House St Ives on the 5th and 6th of April 2023. The show will feature contemporary photographs taken in and around St Ives by local photographers. All proceeds will go towards the St Ives Archive to help continue its mission of preserving the town’s heritage.
How does it work? Similar to “Spot the Artist” put on by St Ives Rotary Club, the photos will be on display to the public with the photographers’ names kept a secret until the photos are purchased. On the 5th of April, the public will note down their favourite photos not knowing who took them (each will be numbered on the front and signed by the photographer on the back). The next day, the 6th of April, the photos will be available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis so visitors will have to be quick if they want to take home their top pick! All photos will be priced at £50 and if anyone wishes to buy more than one photo, we will kindly ask them to re-queue so others have a chance of purchasing their favourite.
