About this event
A reflection on our current times as much as the artists’ interpretation of light, this show offers a welcome lifting of the spirit
Internationally recognised for the expertise and beauty of his lustreware ceramics, SUTTON TAYLOR has again defied the limitations of the kiln in his exquisite new collection of bowls, bottles and vases in singing colours.
MICHAEL SHEPPARD’s subtle, luminous oil paintings give an abstract view of the transforming aspect of light on solid objects. In the glasshouse room SAUL CATHCART’s and LESLEY BIRCH’s atmospheric paintings reflect the weather, whilst LAUREL KEELEY traces field furrows and land contours in her stoneware ceramics.
SARAH DREW’s jewellery incorporates beach findings as well as eco-silver ~ and GUY ROYLE’s new necklaces, bangles and earrings are more sumptuous than ever! In the garden are slate tables and birdbaths by HELEN NOCK. See the film on our website for a virtual tour!
We are on the B3306 coast road near Morvah.
