A warm-hearted exploration of techniques to promote relaxation, invigoration and peace of mind. Suitable for everyone who identifies as female; you don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any experience.
Whether you need to slow down and relax or want to ease yourself out of winter hibernation and unfurl into spring, this workshop is for you. Come as you are and work at your own pace – whether you’re feeling tender, robust or anything in between.
Through gentle stretches, moving meditation (Qigong), stillness and self-acupressure, the aim of the workshop is to cultivate a sense of well-being, of being comfortable in our own skin. For different parts of the session, we will be seated, lying down or standing.
I hold my classes with warmth and sensitivity and the intention of creating an uplifting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and safe to explore.
Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), pillow and a mug, and wear loose, comfortable clothing

Details
Unfortunately the studio is on the first floor and is therefore unsuitable for anyone unable to cope with stairs. The exercises can be adapted to suit physical limitations.
