Self Love Club is something a little bit different!
We’ve been lucky enough to receive funding from Creative Kernow as part of their #BehindThePostcard project linked with the G7 conference. This means this workshop is entirely free for you!
In a world where we’re pulled in so many different directions, it can be hard to really keep a firm hold on our sense of self and to love and accept all the aspects of who we are and the body we inhabit. Especially when we don’t always see ourselves represented in the media.
This workshop combines mind and body exercises to help you connect with, and nourish your sense of self.
Parts of this workshop may be filmed by Creative Kernow, so please only book if you are comfortable being filmed. It will be filmed sensitively.
