Digital & Wet Plate Collodion Photographer. Capturing magical seascapes, landscapes and portraits. Reviving an early photographic process.

Photographer specialising in Portraits and the magical sea and landscapes of Cornwall. A digital photographer who has turned to learning the art of Wet Plate Collodion, a beautiful historical process dating back to the 19th century using a vintage large format camera.

Prints and Cards available to purchase.

On arrival you will be greeted by one of 4 artists, land and seascape artist Simon Jewell, botanical artist Rebecca Jewell, serpentine sculptor and stone jewellery artist Don Taylor and wet plate photographer Sharon Aston.

We have 3 large rooms including Simon’s studio which will be displaying works by all 4 artists so there is lots to see.

The kettle is always on and cakes are freshly made. We have an enclosed garden off our main gallery space where you can sit and enjoy the garden. We look forward to welcoming you to chat about our work and processes.

Follow A3083 towards Lizard past Culdrose. Next roundabout turn left onto B3293 towards St Keverne, pass through Rosevear. Next roundabout take second exit into Mawgan. 200 yards on right, follow signs into lane.
