Sheba Soul Ensemble presents FLY! Festival of Black Women’s Film

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Sheba Soul Ensemble present Fly! a Festival of Black Women’s film exploring intersectionality and the multiple issues Black women face in their daily lives.

Sheba Soul Ensemble are delighted to invite you to join them for a heady mix of film shorts, feature film, directed by female black film producers and facilitators from all over the world, along with discussions and Q&A sessions.

Building on the success of their inaugural Fly! Festival of Black Women’s Theatre in 2019 and Fly! Festival of Black Women’s Film in 2020, this special event aims to connect audiences internationally and creatively. This Festival is supported by the BFI Film Audience Network, through Beyond Boundaries, awarding funds from the National Lottery.
