Cathedral of Creativity: Showcase of local artists

Come and explore a showcase of artwork that’s as bold and diverse as the artists behind it. This exhibition brings together a wide range of styles, from eye-catching abstracts to striking portraits, all created by talented local artists. Whether you’re an experienced collector, new to buying art, or just curious to see what’s out there, this is a great chance to discover unique pieces and maybe even take one home. Relaxed, inspiring, and full of creative energy, this exhibition is all about making great art accessible and connecting people.

The showcase runs from 30 May until 15 June and available to view during cathedral general visiting hours

Accessibility

Details

There is ramp access at the front of the cathedral in High Cross near the front entrance. Nearly all parts of the cathedral are accessible by ramp, but St Mary’s aisle is not accessible by wheelchair. There is an accessible toilet near the Chapter House. A hearing loop is installed, with a portable loop also available. Large print service orders are available. There is a wheelchair available for use by the ramp entrance.
