About this event
Create your own solid silver pendant and matching drop earrings in this immersive, nature-inspired workshop, drawing on the quiet beauty of Cornish woodland and hedgerow finds.
Suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to build on existing skills, this workshop offers full step-by-step guidance in a calm and supportive environment.
Working in a small group of just four students, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention as you learn how to transform silver clay into fine silver jewellery. Inspired by foraged forms — acorns, seed heads, sycamore seeds, berries, and delicate leaves — you’ll capture intricate botanical detail and explore simple 3D techniques to create sculptural, organic designs.
You’ll shape, refine, and develop your pendant and earrings before firing them into solid silver, then finish your pieces through polishing and detail work to reveal every natural texture.
A homemade cream tea is included, along with prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative, creating a relaxed and indulgent experience.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a beautifully coordinated silver pendant and drop earrings, crafted entirely by you.
