Sonic Tonic Electro-jam #1 : Electronic Open Mic event

This is Sonic Tonic Cornwall Soundcloud portal’s first “Electro-jam”. Sonic Tonic is a musician lead networking project for enriching and showcasing artists. We are all about connectivity, education, inspiration and self-confidence.

We understand that electronic music is the “neo-folk music” of the Southwest and this event is just one node of our efforts to help provide opportunities for musicians to network and perform across the county without discrimination of genre, economic means and metrics of “success”.

The event will be organised organically, on a first come first served basis. This is so artists will have some control over the desired length of performances and order. Minimum recommended sets of 15mins. Musicians, educators and industry are welcome to represent themselves and sell merch/recordings at the event.

The venue is family friendly and is an integral part of the local community and we would ask for vocal content to be clean and respectful.

As a bonus; there is a separate Bar for you to escape to if you so desire!

Be it Cornish braindance, Hip Hop, Experimental, Techno, Breaks etc. – whether it’s synthesised, sampled or looped – we cant wait to see what you wish to present.
