Grounding is a time to reconnect with the earth and find balance as we move into the cooler months. The rich, grounding sounds can help you release what no longer serves you, allowing space for reflection and gratitude. This session encourages deep introspection and connection to the cycles of nature, offering a calming reset as we embrace the rhythm of fall.
