After the sessions of awakening, flourishing, and grounding, Quietening offers the final step in your journey to full strength. This sound bath is a time to restore, replenish, and awaken your inner power. The powerful sound vibrations can help you unravel tensions of the body and mind, creating space for rejuvenation and clarity.

10:00 – 12:00pm – Somatic movements | Sound Bath (2hr)
