Soundbath Sunday February 4th 6 – 7:00 pm at the Old School Studio Newlyn (Formerly Inner Space)

Relaxing and healing Soundbath come and enjoy the wonderfully powerful vibrations from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls and Gongs. Please contact me if you are pregnant, if you have any health conditions such as Sound Induced Epilepsy, Severe mental health or a Pace-maker. Please bring a yoga mat/ something comfortable to lie on, a pillow and blanket (some are available).

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortably setup.

Accessibility

Details

There is one accessible space available. Sorry, there is no public parking at the studio. Use the harbour car park or the free parking adjacent to the road. Look out for Harbourside Physiotherapy and RS Fitness which are visible from the road. Walk up past Harbourside Physiotherapy and the gym on Wesley Place, TR18 5AZ and you will see our sign we are at the top of the lane.
