About this event

Creatively supporting emotional health & wellbeing

On Creative Wednesdays, we offer drop-in workshops in art, music and movement for anyone, from the age of 16yrs old upwards, who may be in need of a little time and space for themselves. The workshops are particularly suited to anyone who may be feeling emotionally/mentally vulnerable. We can be found on the Prom in Penzance, at 30 Cornwall Terrace, TR18 4HL. Our workshops run from 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm. There is no need to book, just turn up 15-30 mins prior to the start time – we have a welcoming reception where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The fee is kept to a minimum, of £3 per two hour session. However, we are a registered charity and welcome any donations. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesdays!
