At Budock Vean we have an enviable reputation for serving fantastic food all year round. This goes into overdrive at our special spring Gourmet weekend and we’d love you to join us.

At our Gourmet evenings our chefs plan menus that shine a light on Cornish produce. These fabulously foodie weekends are a chance for our chefs, led by Head Chef Christian Jordan, who has been part of the Budock Vean family for almost 30 years, to really show off their skills.
