Sensory herbalism with spring herbs and remedy making

Come and spend an afternoon in the cosy longhouse at Plan-it Earth in Sancreed exploring the herbs of spring. The best way to learn about herbs is through the body. We will use our senses to interact with herbs to kickstart our the immune system, explore what medicines are growing now and explore making some simple remedies.
