About this event

Nourish your personal wellbeing as you welcome spring

Enjoy a relaxing day of nature connection, meeting lovely people and nourishing your personal wellbeing as we welcome spring!
Our retreat day will begin in the private main house with a welcoming circle and cups of tea as we settle into the space and say hello to each other.

We’ll then take a walk through the gardens to the beach, where we’ll do some ‘intention setting for Spring’ journaling, taking in views of the Helford. Feeling grounded, we’ll return to our space for a mini meditation session before a tasty lunch from the Trebah Kitchen!

In the afternoon we’ll rest into a restorative yin yoga practice to integrate our creativity and conversations. To close the retreat day, we’ll do a gratitude practice and share how our wellbeing ripples are going to make a difference in the world around us…

Lunch is included in the ticket price and will be a choice of meat or vegetarian flan and salad, please pre-order your food in the ‘Add-On’ ticket section.
