The 2020 St Ives September Festival will include a charity night at The Guildhall with proceeds going to the St Ives Community Land Trust. St Ives Entertains evening on Friday, September 18, is being organised by Cornish Bards Dave and Delia Brotherton – the award-winning duo Tir ha Tavas who sing in both English and Kernewek. The line-up also includes St Ives shanty singers the Bamaluz Bootleggers, local musician Katrina Geraghty, guest dancers and the St Ives Community Choir.
St Ives Community Land Trust was established to acquire land and property for the benefit of the community and current projects include The Old Vicarage Flats, The Old Fire Station/former St John Ambulance Station, St Ives Library and the St Ives Community Charter.
The evening is being sponsored by Harding Laity Estate Agents and tickets (£11) are available online at
