ST IVES NEW YEARS EVE BALL: SHACKUP PRESENT MID NIGHT FUNK

St Ives has its own New Year’s Eve Ball this year, as The Guildhall welcome SHACKUP DJs hosting MIDNIGHT FUNK PARTY at The Guildhall.

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Expect the very best furious funk, hip/deep house, real soul, luscious Latin and some delectable disco from SHACKUP DJs Nigel Pengelly and Tim Dwelly (plus guests) at St Ives’ very own New Year’s Eve Ball and the biggest club event in St Ives.

There will be two bars, and plenty of dancefloor action – Dress to Excess!

About Shackup DJs
Nigel Pengelly has played all over West Cornwall from the Masked Ball to Bosuns, Zero Lounge to the Vault. Tim Dwelly started with Groove Lounge in Penzance and went on to set up Kernow Soul Club with Gary Hayes. The Shackup team have played at the Sandsifter, The Hub, the PZ Arts Club, Studio Bar, Zero Lounge, Artists Residence and more.

COVID 19 Conditions of Entry

In order to help ensure the safety of visitors and staff we will be implementing the following conditions of entry (proof comes in the form of QR Code from NHS App):

Proof of negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test (such test to be taken within 24 hours prior to attending the event at the venue)

Or

Proof of full vaccination – both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to arrival at the venue)

Or

Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of arrival at the venue (and after the 10-day isolation period following the result)
