St Petrocs Carol Service

Welcome everyone to Truro Cathedral to celebrate the Carol service and 35th Anniversary of St Petrocs.

This service is to say thank you to all the staff/Carol service, volunteers, partners, supporters, and clients who have contributed so much to the success of the Organisation.

This service will also be Live Streamed via the St Petrocs’ YouTube Channel.

IN LIGHT OF THE GOVERNMENT’S ‘PLAN B’ ANNOUNCEMENT, WEARING A MASK IS COMPULSORY IN ALL AREAS OF THE CATHEDRAL UNLESS YOU ARE EXEMPT.

Following last year’s recorded event, we’re delighted to be returning to hosting our carol service in person and seeing friends old and new. Hundreds of you watched our online event in 2020 and so we’re going to live-stream this year’s carol service live from the Cathedral straight to your sofa – or anywhere else you choose to watch!

Whether you’re with us in person or at home, the evening will be jam-packed with inspirational speakers, readings, and entertainment including the fabulous Falmouth Gospel Choir, Kernow Pipes and Drums and much more…

Our Winter Appeal is more important than ever. The demand for our services is at an all-time high. The pandemic created a whole new layer of homelessness, and we’ve seen people being propelled into homelessness unexpectedly, with extreme and complex situations, from all walks of life. There are more people experiencing homelessness now than there has been for many years. By coming to our carol service you can support our work to provide shelter to those facing homelessness this winter.

There is no cost to attend the event in person or virtually, but you can make a donation to St Petrocs to support our work when registering if you wish. There are two types of tickets you can register for:

– In-person ticket to let us know you’ll be joining us at the Cathedral

– Online ticket so that we can send you a link to the event to watch live via YouTube.
