We are excited to announce the first Words Out Story Slam at the Redruth Drapery on Friday 13th of March. Yes you heard me right, Friday 13th. Unlucky for some. Funnily enough though this will be the theme for the evening ‘LUCK’ so why not come along bring your friends and join us for fun night out. You can tell your story or just sit back and listen to others sharing theirs.

Words Out Story Slams are exciting Open Mic events happening in and around Falmouth, where you the audience get the opportunity to stand up and tell a true five minute story from your own life based on the theme of the night. The stories are told from memory and without the use of props or written notes.
So here’s how it works, if you have a story to share inspired by ‘LUCK’ pop your name in the hat when you arrive, if your name gets drawn your good to go.
