A free open evening with Julian Foye and Cornish Cottage Holidays, aimed at those looking to elevate the desirability of their holiday home.

Do you own a second home or investment property in Cornwall? Join Julian Foye and Cornish Cottage Holidays for their first open evening, at the Julian Foye flagship store in Truro.

The free event will combine Julian Foye’s knowledge of quality furnishings and interior design, with Cornish Cottage Holidays’ 50 years of experience managing successful and lucrative holiday lets. This is a ‘must-attend’ evening for anyone who’d like to elevate the desirability, profitability, longevity and style of their holiday home.

Running from 5pm – 8pm, this informal drop-in will give holiday home owners a chance to speak to industry experts about their holiday let project, and receive bespoke advice.

The Julian Foye team will be on hand to share their expertise on interior design and which furnishings are the best choice for a holiday property. There will also be optional demonstrations; speak to master carpet fitters, find out what makes a quality mattress, and see soft furnishing options for holiday lets.

The Cornish Cottage Holidays team will share data on how the self-catering market is performing, plus offer advice on value adding features to improve your holiday home’s desirability and profitability. They can also provide a personalised breakdown of the bookings and income your property could achieve with Cornish Cottage Holidays.

Wolf Rock Financial Planning will be on hand during the evening, to speak to property owners about their wealth management requirements.
