About this event
Sue is a self-taught artist who creates paintings using oils, acrylics and mixed media. Her work is often evocative of the north Cornish landscape where she grew up. She paints from her bright studio in her garden, converted from her late husband’s wood workshop.
Sue started her art journey painting favourite spots around the coast and has since allowed herself the freedom to play, experimenting with a range of media and subjects. Sue’s studio is located next to the famous Delabole Slate Quarry where visitors can enjoy a circular walk from her front gate.

Details
Studio is accessible along a slate pathway with two slight slopes. One small step into/out of studio.
Directions
In Delabole, take Medrose Street by the Fish & Chip shop. Follow the road down to the left onto Rendle Street. Number 1 has roadside parking (or park at end of road in car park.) Access the garden studio via the path at the side of the house.
