St Ives School of Painting are launching their Sunday Kids Art Club online.
Aimed primarily at children between 7 and 12 but younger ones can join in with help from an adult or older sibling.
These fun workshops are just £10/session and the whole family can join in together for just one fee.
Have you missed seeing family and friends for a while? Imagine how happy they will be to receive a postcard made by you. On the 28th February we will be making art postcards. Taking inspiration from Turner prize winning artist, Rachel Whitehead who uses a hole punch to cut out negative spaces, we will explore ‘editing’ an existing postcard to create your own new work of art. You will be shown how to collage on top, add drawings, use coloured pencils, felt pens and wax crayons…you will end up with quite a collection to send in the post!
