Short Matinee concert: Copland's delightful Appalachian Spring & Mozart's beloved Clarinet Concerto

Another chance to hear the fabulous Emile Souvagie performing Mozart’s beloved Clarinet Concerto, with conductor Daniel Hogan. Preceded by the Festival orchestra performing Copland’s iconic Appalachian Spring, celebrated for its blend of open textures, folk-like melodies, and the famous Shaker tune “Simple Gifts”.
