Join hundreds of heroes for Cornwall Air Ambulance's Virtual 5k in a Day - Superhero Challenge!

The Cornwall Air Ambulance ‘5k in a Day – Superhero Challenge’ is back for its second year!

From Friday 1 – Sunday 3 April 2022, join hundreds of heroic supporters from across the globe who will be donning their superhero costumes, and taking on this virtual 5k challenge – their way!

Whether you complete your mission as Batman, Wonder Woman, or just the hero you are without a costume, you can help us raise the vital funds our incredible critical care paramedics need to continue saving lives across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Whether you choose to take on the challenge with your school, with family and friends, or at work with colleagues, it’s totally free to sign up! And if you raise £20 in sponsorship, you’ll receive your very own superhero medal!

Without heroes like you, we could not fund our lifesaving missions!
