About this event

Tuesday 7 to 8.30 p.m Falmouth Rd. TR10 8AW we are on the Arc and would love for you to join us.

We are running a set of classes followed by a day course to help people with their mental health and long covid recovery after the pandemic.

All are welcome and you can either pay online here www.cornwalltaichi.co.uk/2022/11/04/a-new-class-in-falmouth-at-the-arc/ or pay on the night. A set of 4 classes is cheaper and for students and the unemployed, it is cheaper as well.

T’ai chi is not difficult there are no stresses on the body and the aim is to just increase your energy levels and make the body relaxed so the energy can flow better.
