About this event

Tai Chi Classes in St Ives at a lovely venue. Come and join us.

We have a new Tai Chi class opened at the top of St Ives near the fire station every Tuesday evening 7:30-9:00 pm at the St John’s-in-the-Fields church, Parc-An-Stamps.
Tai Chi is a health exercise from Ancient China. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine it is a type of preventative medicine that boosts your store of Qi or vitality.
Really good for your immunity
Beginners are welcome
We are experienced teachers
Also including Daoyin and Qigong
