The evening is part of our ‘Taste of Truro’ series which highlights the very best seafood, grass-fed meats and harvest from across The Duchy.
September will see the spotlight turned on plants, as we showcase the best of local vegetable produce, accompanied by a selection of locally-sourced dairy.
From 7pm, indulge in our six course tasting menu. For this green feast, Ollie has used his deep culinary knowledge and experience to create a bespoke menu filled with expertly curated vegetable-focused dishes that will tantalise and surprise the taste buds.
For £45 per person, revel in the theatre of the evening as you listen to Ollie introduce and explain each element of his perfectly curated menu, providing you with an insight into each dish.
Our wine flight has also been carefully crafted by our expert sommelier Yohann Thuillier, with each glass perfectly pairing with every forkful. This will be an additional £25 per person on the night
