In celebration of St Piran’s Day, Head Chef, Ollie Wyatt, has created a bespoke menu filled with expertly curated and distinctly Cornish dishes that will both excite and tantalise the taste buds.
Expect to indulge in a six-course tasting menu that incorporates Ollie’s carefully curated dishes with heavy influences of traditional Cornish recipes and a modern Alverton twist.
Take your seat in the intimate setting of their ambient restaurant for this special event, then savour the flavours of local land and sea.
For canapés, start with delicate scallops and seaweed from Fowey, alongside Ollie’s unique take on the traditional Cornish pasty. Then savour Cornish lamb with anchovies and salsa vierge before enjoying the exquisite flavours of Ollie’s Newlyn inspired ‘fish & chips’ followed by chicken, wild garlic and velouté, from Bouse.Finish on a sweet note with a rich fondant and distinctly Cornish stout ice cream followed by a selection of Cornish cheese from renowned supplier The Greet Cheese Co.
Tickets are £60 per person and an optional wine flight will be available on the night for an additional £25 per person.

The event will take place within the Great Hall which is situated on the ground floor and is accessible for disabled guests. The hotel also has a disabled toilet on the ground floor and disabled parking situated at the front of the hotel.
